ImageMan.Net Twain Components
ImageMan.Net Twain 2.8 and higher include support for 32 & 64 bit platforms and Visual Studio 2010.

ImageMan.Net Versions 3.x
The ImageMan.Net Version 3.x components include 32 and 64 bit .Net controls compiled for .Net 2.0 and .Net 4,0. These controls can be used in Visual Studio versions thru 2010.

ImageMan.Net Versions 1.x and 2.x
The ImageMan.Net components include .Net controls which are built using Managed C++. As a result they are 32 bit modules that cannot be loaded into a 64 bit .Net application.

When building your .Net solutions using Visual Studio 2005 you must set the Platform option to x86 so the .Net executable will be flagged as being 32 bits so that it will be able to run on both 32 bit and 64 bit CPUs. Of course when running under a 64 bit CPU it will be running as a 32 bit application.

Failure to set this switch will cause a BadFormatException when your application is run on a 64 bit platform and the .Net runtime tries to load the managed C++ ImageMan assemblies.
