FaxMan is receiving black pages (not blank - black)

We bought new FAX MultiTech USB modem (previously we had IQ card, which has failed and we decided for USB because of its portability) and it doesn't work with FaxMan service. We picked the MultiTech modem based on the recommendations on your web page.
We didn't had any problems with IQ card, but with MultiTech modem FaxMan is getting black pages (or if we are lucky, there is about top inch of image visible and then the rest of the page is black). Sender of the fax is not notified of this problem and from their perspective everything went through. This is not acceptable for us.

If we use Windows drivers/software (Microsoft FAX), everything is A OK!

We tried FaxMan SDK versions 4.44, 4.6 and 4.61 with no success.

Make sure you have configured FaxMan per this Knowledgebase article: http://help.data-tech.com/customer/portal/articles/161763-optimum-settings-for-multitech-perle-pci-ras-and-mainpine-iq-express-modems.

The MT9234ZBA-CDC modems are very reliable and work well with Faxman.
