Hello,

It sounds like it might be a flow control issue, make sure you are setting hardware flow control in the modem init string. If you dont know the string please let us know what model modem you are using and what version of FaxMan and I will find the string for you.

Hello,

I would suggest trying this init:

AT&FE0V1&C1&D2&K3S0=0

and see if that helps, the &K3 is a command to set Hardware flow control that works for most modems.

Hello,
I would suggest you replace the modem you have with a better quality one such as a Multitech or some other name brand modem.

Hi,

So are you using ImportFiles to create the FMF files or are you using the Printer driver ?

Yes, our ImageMan ActiveX/DLL and ImageMan.Net components all support multi page tiff files.

Hi,

You need to make sure the files you are importing are as close to 1728 pixels wide and 200 DPI for the vertical resolution. That will yield the best looking page.

So for an 8.5 x 11 page you would want a file sized 1728 x 2200 pixels tall. For an A4 page the height would be a bit taller.

Sean
