Hello,

If you are using VB then you just need to Dim the hDIB variable prior to assigning it. The ImageMan installer installs several samples with shortcuts in the start menu.

If you still have a question please let us know what language/dev environment you are using.

Thanks,
John

Hi John,
Using msAccess 2007 visual basic
Downloaded the access example 'DTIScan.accdb' but it does not define the hDib variable.
Looking at some of the other examples, but do not have vb6 installed.

As an aside, some of the documentation needs updates. What is the best way to communicate the changes

Hello,

In Access you should just need to Dim the hDIB variable as an int so:

Dim hDIB
or
Dim hDIB as int

You can email us anything you see in the docs that needs to be update, is unclear etc.

Thanks,
John
