Hello,

Do you see the FMF file at that location ie L:\MAXFAX_DATA\UNSENT\_3US0SXJRY_00266_0000001_L.FMF ?

Make sure the FaxMan service is running under an account that has permissions to access that directory.

Yes, the file was in the exact path. Permissions on that folder are also set to Everyone(FULL).

The odd thing I noticed as well is that the faxman4.db under the SysWOW64 folder is not being modified at all.

Hi,

The faxman4.db will only be modified if a fax is scheduled, since this one failed it wouldnt affect the database.

Can you schedule any faxes or is it just this one that fails ?
Can you schedule a fax from the local drive ?

Also what account are you running the faxman service under ?

Ok, I think I resolved the issue.

It has to do with the article on the printer driver as well from this article:
"Problem with FaxMan V 4.xx and Jr V 2.xx printer drivers on Windows 2012 Server"

Basically the FMF file is corrupted that is why it won't send the faxes.

I apply the manual patch and it's working fine now.

When do you think the update will be rolling out?

Thanks again.

Hello,

Glad to hear its working. We are still working out the details of the new release so we can get the driver signed by Microsoft. As soon as its available we'll have an update on our blog and available for download, hopefulyl this should be in the next month at the most.

Thanks for your interest in our products and please let us know if you have any questions.
