I am using FaxManJr 1.71, and some of my users are complaining that if a fax is sent to a fax machine that has both letter and legal size paper, it will print on the legal paper, even if letter is the default on the fax machine. Is there an init string element that I can use to force the receiving fax machine to print on letter paper?

Hi Todd,

Its up to the recipient fax device to decide how to print the received fax. There is nothing the sender can do to influence that. So if the sender is indeed sending a letter sized fax then it cant prevent the recipient from printing it on legal paper.

But make sure your faxes are indeed 11" or less in length, at high resolution the file height should be 2200 pixels or less. At low res that would be 1100 pixels in height.
