Fax timeout

We are facing timeout error upon sending faxes on a particluar series of numbers. We are usingRAS 8 port modem and faxes are going through for all other numbers except a series that start with 257.

We have little issue with the receiving lines but the fax goes through if we use a normal fax machine or builtin microsoft Fax Application using normal fax modem.

We suspect that it can be due to timeout value set for Faxman. Please suggest how we can increase it or give us another solution for it.

Please send the FaxMan Port*.log files, the exact model of modem you are using and your faxman serial # to us at so we can see whats happening.
