You need to copy the server files (faxman4.*, *.dil/*.del, faxman4d.dll files) into a common dir on the path. You also need to copy the appropriate DLLS for the interface you wish to user ie *.ocx files or .Net assemblies. If you copy the OCX files then they need to be registered as well.

Please check your installer to make sure you copy all those files, if you still have a problem please let me know specifically whats not working ie will faxman4.exe start and run ? You should run it as a service on W2K8 so in your installer after caopying the files you need to run it once with the /install commandline parameter to set up the service.
