Evaluation License message

I have resently taken over a powerbuilder project that use the Imageman Active X control. At some point it appears the license has expired as now our clients are receiving an splash screen the first time they use the control that say 'thank you for testing our quality line of imaging tools...'

How can I stop/control the displaying of this message?

How can I verify we are using the correct licensed control?

It sounds like the powerbuilder app was built on a development machine which didnt have the ImageMan ActiveX license on it and there the resulting app doesnt have the proper license key causing the trial dialog to be displayed.

I would suggest downloading and installing the licensed Imageman installer from the My Products page on our website at, then installing it on your dev machine and rebuilding your application. You may need to remove and re add the control in your application as I seem to recall that PowerBuilder may not update the license data correctly in that case.
