We see a lot of these errors sending to fax machines that our customers claim are working fine. I.e., they can fax to them from their office fax machines. How do w go about determining where the problem is?
What type of modem(s) are you using ?
How often and what errors are you seeing ?
What version of FaxMan are you using ? SDK ? Jr ?
Thanks for your interest in our products and please let us know if you have any questions.

IQ Express 8 port cards.
Error frequency is very low system wide, but high for specific fax machines. (And just to re-state, the customer claims they receive other faxes OK. How valid is that claim? No idea.)
FaxMan SDK 126.96.36.199
Make sure you have configured FaxMan per this Kbase article: http://help.data-tech.com/customer/portal/articles/161763-optimum-settings-for-multitech-perle-pci-ras-and-mainpine-iq-express-modems
You really need to determine which errors you are seeing, again some errors like No Connect/Busy are pretty straightforward, others can indicate line noise, etc.
Please let me know your FaxMan serial # so we can lookup your support status.
Error 1613 is not a modem error nor one of ours so I'm not sure where its coming from. I would suggest checking with your devs to see if they can trace the source for you. Here's a list of the various Class 2/2.0/2.1 hangup codes: http://www.data-tech.com/help/faxsdkV4/webframe.html#Class_2_2_0_Modem_Hangup_Codes.html
