We'd like to know if there's a more detailed description of which fax errors are returned in specific situations. Specifically, we'd like to know the following:
Number dialed is answered by a human, who then hangs up: Appears to be "NoConnect"
Human answers, leaves line open:
Dials a number not in service (we're sorry, your call could not be completed as dialed...):
In all 3 of those cases you will get a NO CONNECT error. The types of modems we support do not have sophisticated call progress detection so basically you will either connect or get a BUSY or NO CONNECT error if the call doesnt go thru.
